Got Nails! Policies
Our salon requires a reference photo of the nail art you desire before booking your appointment. We want to ensure that we assign you with the best technician for you. We reserve the right to reschedule your appointment or compromise on the design if you do not provide a reference picture before the time of your appointment.
Other salons’ work.
Please call if you did not get your full set done at our salon and want to schedule a fill. We may not be able to provide services. We do not fix broken nails done by other salons.
We do not provide refunds.
If you are unhappy with the result of your nails, please show us immediately. We do not guarantee free nail fixes. If you are unhappy with the color, please let the technician or receptionist know. Once you leave our salon, we assume you are satisfied with the color and do not provide free color changes. Give us a call for an estimate!
We assume every client will bring their own nail kit. If you forget one or need a new one, we will provide a new kit for an additional cost.
Acceptable payment methods.
We accept debit/credit cards, cash and Got Nails gift cards.
Please wait for a confirmation text before arriving for your desired appointment date and time. All prices listed on our online booking are starting prices. Prices may vary!
All sales are final. We do not exchange our gift cards for cash. We are not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.
Cancellations and tardiness.
Please cancel within 24 hours of your appointment. We have a 10 minute grace period for late clients. After 10 minutes, we reserve the right to reschedule or compromise on services.
Groups of 3 or more people must call ahead of time. Groups must provide the services each person is wanting. A 25% deposit fee is required. Outside alcohol is not allowed under any circumstance.
We understand how hard it can be to find child care. If possible, please find child care. Our salon is not child-proof/child-safe. We use chemicals and potentially dangerous tools. We are not responsible for accidents. If your child is crying or screaming, we may have to reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time.
Service animals are the only animals allowed in our salon.
We are not responsible for any stolen, missing or damaged items.
